Made to measure flat top tongue and groove gate fitted to replace the existing rotten gate.

Old frame carefully removed and new 4×2 timber wall posts attached.

Gate hung using 3 x 18 inch tee hinges and fitted with ring latch

 and key lock, 

 enabling the gate to be locked and opened from either side.
